FLIGHT SERVICES ASSOCIATE

A Flight Services Associate is needed to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and fast growing business jet operator that is looking to expand its team. BLINK is Europe's first air taxi service. The emergence of very light jets is changing the way people think about private jet travel. The Flight Services Department is responsible for both charter sales and for providing customer service to all Blink customers. The Flight Services Associate is responsible for proactively converting flight enquiries that come into the department into sales by competitive pricing, follow up and educating our clients about the Blink products. They will also be able to provide technical knowledge on airports, aircraft availability, and scheduling optimisation to our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused, sales oriented personwho is a strong team player. This is a demanding role so you would need to be committed and prepared to go the extra mile. Key tasks will be handling all customer communications from flight requests, providing quotations, confirmations, and answering general enquiries. The role requires a good knowledge of European airports and general flight operations.

Previous business aviation and operations knowledge
Keen to proactively sell Blink charter trips
