Job Description

The Position:

The job holder is required to support the corporate and high net worth customers and Field Sales Executives by providing proactive prompt, efficient customer - corporate driven service whilst striving to increase corporate account base.

Salary & Benefits:

We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66. Experience and Qualifications:

• A levels with a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a recognised airline or travel agency.
• Must have completed the basic fares and ticketing course from a recognised institute/airline
• Knowledge of fare construction and ticketing with good knowledge of Computerised Reservation Systems (CRS) MARS/Galileo/Sabre and knowledge of MS Word/Excel and other PC systems.
• Knowledge of group/corporate fares and pricing proposals.
• Ability to support and organise back office work for sponsorships and events.
• In depth knowledge of world geography.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written and preferably good knowledge of Arabic.
• Must be able to work independently within the defined framework whilst being a team player with strong marketing, business acumen.
