Job Description

Role

Our Airport Representatives are the best in the business. As one of our team you will be anambassador of our brand, central to the smooth running of the airport operation. If you thriveunder pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced environment we are the company for you.

Key responsibilities:
  • Pre-flight preperation.
  • Post-flight reconciliation.
  • Ticket/documentation issuing.
  • Sales.
  • Customer service.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with handling agents, airline partners and airportstaff.
  • Problem solving.
Skills/Experience/Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer facing role within an airport either with anAirline, Tour Operator or Handling Agent.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Experience of dealing with overbookings is preferable.
  • IT literate.
  • Ability to think and act quickly
  • Familiarity with a CRS would be beneficial.Weekend work and early starts are required.

We have the following positions available:
London Gatwick: 16-24 hrs per week - £8p/hManchester: 30 + hrs per week - £8p/h
