Health and Safety, OSHA, EPA Regulatory Requirements~

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides support in functional areas of a health and safety department. Performs a variety of administrative functions. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations. Generates reports, and handles multiple projects. May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
â¢Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulatory requirements
â¢3+ years of HSE experience (MUST)
â¢Strong focus on Safety, documentation development, and implementation
â¢Develop and implement HSE programs and procedures
â¢Take initiative to identify and close HSE gaps with a sense of urgency
â¢Ability to work independently in a matrix organization
â¢Technical skills to align local HSE programs and procedures with corporate requirements
â¢Conduct training Experience in conducting and/or participating in HSE audits.
â¢Experience in manufacturing and delivering results

EDUCATION:
Requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
