RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support labor and travel expense reconciliation and monitoring for outside audit reviews. Track trust expenses; prepare analysis and reports to support fiduciary monitoring. Support preparation of reports and filings for regulatory bodies; also support investment-related surveys. Support daily monitoring of investment compliance; prepare reports. Support investment performance reporting and monitor key processes. Support risk-related reporting, including relationship exposures, counterparty risk, collateral, overlay rebalancing of asset mix, and liquidity. Facilitate data and software support for various analytic tools. Support investment committee reporting. Support document management processes, including logging and scanning of key documentation. Support Alts capital call processes. Support Alts deal tracking and data and document management. Support Alts audit inquiries. Support Alts report development. Support special projects requiring data management and analysis.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics, with 2-3 years of related work experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint. Strong Microsoft Excel skills including writing formulas and management of data. Preferably familiarity with concepts relating to performance and portfolio analytics (e.g. returns, risk measures, exposures). Familiarity with concepts relating to pension funds and the role of custodian banks.
