Experience / Qualifications / Know-How

• 2-3 years experience required, preferable in technical environment.
• Commercial Degree and/or equivalent experience in administrative and/or finance.
• Proficiency in English language required, with German as secondary.
• Computer literacy, to include Microsoft Office, knowledge of AMOS system an advantage.

Key Accountabilities / Duties / Responsibilities

• The holder of this position is responsible to carry out the overall technical administration tasks for the Maintenance Department, Part 145.
• Updating of technical documentation, line station documentation and administration of training documentation.
• Updating, revising and administration of Part 145 manuals and procedures
• Administrative duties related to Part 145 contracts and agreements.
• Assist accounting in preparing the invoicing of company credit card expenses of Ground Engineers and other staff.
• Assistant to Technical Manager.
• Updating of all personal files related to qualifications and EASA compliances.
• Organises trainings, meetings, courses and business trips.
• Update and control and monitoring of working times, absence requests and sickness reports.
