Airport Delivery Manager

We are immediately accepting the applications for Airport Delivery Manager for a client in the UK. This position is based in one of the London Area airports. The successful candidate will ensure the airlines operation is safe, secure and in full compliance with both control authorities and internal procedures, on top of driving operational performance at the Airport to maximize the Clients customer service proposition. The successful candidate will also be representing the Client at Station Manager Level at appropriate forums/meetings within the Airport community ensuring the brand and company position is protected at all times. Principal Accountabilities:

Ensures Ground Services delivers the operation to required internal/external safety and security standards through effective third party management;
Ensures Clients operation at airport complies with HSE, EU Ops, local authorities and internal Clients policies;
Builds, maintains, and develops local Ground Handling, Airport Authority and other supplier relationships and ensures customer service standards are met (TCS, punctuality, Arrival baggage delivery times etc);
Monitors day to day operational issues at airport to ensure business plan is delivered to target and customer satisfaction within local budget constraints;
Directly liaise with internal departments (e.g. Safety Services, Quality and Commercial) and deliver agreed action plans at a local level
