Job Description

Alpha Star Aviation Services is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and it is a VVIP total private Aircraft Management solutions include on-demand flight services, and turnkey aircraft management. Additionally, Alpha Star Aviation Services Management can tailor a custom aviation solution to meet client's unique private air travel requirements, in addition to our responsibility for operations.  Alpha Star Aviation Services has it is own technical and maintenance services to private, commercial and specialized aviation market,  as well as to provide logistic support including purchase, storage of spare parts to support the needs of our clients. 

Basic Function:

Should have comprehensive knowledge of accident prevention and investigation , sound familiarity with quality system , and practical experience and expiries in the application of aviation safety program , also has monitoring and inspection duties throughout the whole flight operation and oversees the implement of the incident and accident investigation and the accident prevention program   

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct studies and analysis on reported technical malfunction ,incident and accidents confronted with worldwide fleet aircraft
• Liaisons with GACA on matters related to safety of the flight operation.
• Promulgation of flight safety bulletins to the flight crew and for authority , international exchange of experience and dealing with safety threats. (Sabotage) etc.
• Issues advisor and special notice to the flight crewmembers.
• Flight safety program in coordination with corporate safety.
• Monitoring compliance with existing flight operation regulation and procedures and developing proposals for the improvement of flight safety within the organization;
• Ensuring that he is informed of all accident / incidents that occur within his department.
• Inform the personal section , Corporate safety & the insurance department of any injuries to staff as per published  procedure and keep a record of all such injuries.
