<p>The Compound Manager is responsible for 54 bedroom property and all aspects of running such. <br /><br />Direct reports will be a number of employees including&nbsp;chefs, cleaners etc</p>
<p>Responsible for budgets, planning, sourcing and procurement,</p>
<p>recruitment and training&nbsp;/ stores / service staff.</p>
<p>Experience&nbsp;in an international professional community preferably in off shore environments</p>
