Job Description

The RM Operations Research Manager works within the Revenue Management department driving continuous improvement of department processes, methods and individuals capabilities within Revenue Management. The role is responsible for ensuring understanding of optimization methods and algorithms used by the Revenue Management and Pricing Systems. He/she will manage and lead the team of Operational Research Specialists review and improve calibration (parameter settings) of Revenue Management Systems.

Requirements:-

Education up to degree level in preferably in Operations Research, Mathematics or statistics

More than 5 years of total working experience, 3 years of which in a management role preferably in quality control or training driving 6 sigma initiatives

Knowledge of process documentation techniques

Technical knowledge of Airline Revenue Management systems would be an advantage (e.g. PROS)

Good mathematical and/or statistical background

Solid simulation method background
