Manager Crew Planning & Control

Role Objective
To manage, maintain all facets of the day to day operations of Crew Planning. Create Crew ManpowerPlanning for management. Coordinate with various divisions and Departments within Oman Air to quantifyand deliver key solutions to existing and foreseeable problems to ensure efficient crew planning andcontrol operations.

Requirements

• Graduate / Secondary Certificate
• Fifteen years in the Aviation industry with ten years in long haul operation and Flight Operations covering Crew Control, Crew Planning and Manpower Planning
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasive, people management & planning skills.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading & writing)
• Decision making and attention to detail skill
