Business Analyst required for our corporate client based in the Middle East.
Basic Tasks
1. Analyze Business Processes
2. Identify and Manage IT Demands.
3. Prepare Requirements Definitions.
4. Supervise Requirements Implementation by Service Provider.
5. Plan and Conduct User Training
6. Support Enterprise Architecture Management
7. Support Supplier Management
Main Duties
1. Analyze Business Processes in close cooperation with key users / process owners. Apply a structured process modeling approach. Document processes in a most user friendly way (e.g. Use Cases)
2. Identify opportunities for business process improvements. Assign priorities based on business benefit and KPI relevance.
3. Map process requirements to the relevant IT platform (e.g. Oracle ERP or SharePoint). Prepare functional specifications as input for implementation by our service providers.
4. Act as single point of contact for our service providers. Support and supervise implementation projects.
5. Identify user training needs. Plan training activities based on key user / user group analysis. Prepare and conduct training. Involve service provider on an as needed basis.
6. Support the IT Manager in managing the Enterprise Architecture by providing input to EAM planning sessions.
7. Support the IT Manager in managing our service providers in providing input / feedback on their performance.

Requirements:
Education:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems.
Professional Experience
1. Minimum 3 years business analyst experience.
2. Business Process Engineering Methodology.
3. Demand - / Requirements Management.
4. Any of the following ERP systems (Oracle EBS, TRAX, AIMS)
