Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager for our corporate jet client based in Europe.

The successful candidate will be in charge of ensuring that quality and SMS program elements are carried out, providing periodic reports to management on program status and compliance whilst monitoring trends in reporting systems and accident / incident reports. The Quality Manager will be in charge of monitoring compliance and corrective and preventive actions and communicating all the safety and quality issues to each department.

To be considered for this role candidates need to have substantial aviation operational experience, especially knowledge of safety programs and operating procedures and regulations, safety standards, safety margins, risk management techniques , human error and quality auditing.  

Our client has specified candidates must have superb communicational and interpersonal skills.
