GROUND OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job description:

Cost-effective organization of ground operations and fuel supplies at the airports for charter flights programmes and individual charter flights;
Accounting, related to the execution of ground operations and fuel supply, administration;
Preparation and management of the Budget;
Market and price analysis, prognosis;
Ensuring the welfare of passengers in the cases of delayed flights;
Ground operations and fuel operations processes improvement;
Managing the operation processes in compliance with airline service standard and local regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

University degree;
Fluency in Polish and English- written and spoken;
At least 1-2 years working experience in the aviation industry - primarily operational;
Responsibility, flexibility and quick decision making;
Advanced negotiation skills;
Analytical thinking, goal-oriented.
