Intaway Resourcing is currently recruiting for one of its market-leading Global Cargo Clients.
We are looking for a Director of Ops and Maintenance available to start immediately.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Higher (university) education (in aviation engineering / technical field)
- Additional education in management (business administration) field
- Flight safety training certificate
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Lead the development and implementation of operations strategies as a whole and for each functional area.
- Ensure adequate control of reporting divisions through competent appraisal and positioning of management personnel in their divisions.
- Ensure implementation of organizational changes without adverse effect on quality of service.
- Ensure day-to-day management of operational staff throughout the flight operations cycle.
- Ensure compliance of activities of all operational divisions with requirements of Russian aviation authorities.
- Ensure required flight regularity performance with observance of required quality and safety levels.
- Manage and control the flight operations cycle.
- Ensure cost efficiency of the operations process.
- Ensure proper in-house aircraft maintenance in order to reduce maintenance costs.
- Ensure activities of operational divisions on accident prevention and safety assurance in line with applicable ICAO and Volga-Dnepr Group standards and policies.
- Describe and optimize SCO/CCO business processes in order to improve company performance.
