OPERATIONS MANAGER FUELLING
ITP LGW
Applications are invited for the position of Operations Manager for our ITP operationat Gatwick.

This is a site that operates on behalf of our customer, and the Operations Managerwill report to the Regional Manager.

The Manager will have full responsibility for the safety and operational performanceof the station. You will be expected to lead a staff of approximately 30 employees toensure that our business objectives are achieved. You will also be expected to deliverexcellent working relationships with all key stakeholders, the airport authority andall suppliers. This role will work as a team with other site Operations Managers, andcontribute to the wider management team in delivery of our business plans.

The successful applicant will have strong supervisory and people management skillsgained in an operational environment over a period of 5 years or equivalent. Inaddition good financial control in delivering agreed budgets is required. The rolerequires flexibility in terms of working hours and does not qualify for overtimepayments. Preferably you will hold an LGV2 licence and hold or be able to obtain anairside pass.

Key competencies for this role are; Operational Decision Making, CustomerOrientation, Communicating with Impact.
