Jet Professionals are searching for a Technical Purchasing Agent for our corporate / VIP client based in Switzerland.

 
The successful candidate will be a team player who can also work under their own iniative and who is particularly thorough and precise in all professional dealings. Flexibility and willingness to take on tasks at short notice are key attributes needed for this role, as are total commitment and reliability. .

 
Day to day responsibilities include:

• Obtain quotations for parts and parts groups
• Identify alternative sources for the parameters of time, quality and cost
• Establishing and monitoring the order via SAP/R3
• Maintenance of material master data and purchasing data in SAP / R3
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Procurement negotiations

We are looking for an outgoing and strong personality who is able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and lead procurement negotiations on a daily basis. At least 3 years procurement experience is required, along with good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and SAP experience is a must.
