BO105 EASA Licensed B1.3 Engineer, South Atlantic
Our client requires an experienced aircraft engineer with a minimum of 5 years rotary experience to include a minimum of 1 year on the BO105 for a 2-3 year contract working for periods in the Falkland Islands and South Georgia.
Candidates will need to demonstrate a high level of adaptability and flexibility towards this unique position, where there will sometimes be relatively lengthy periods of work away from home, although these will be compensated by generous time off.
Being able to work on their own initiative but also as part of a close knit team is essential.
Ideally candidates will have experience of the following:
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the setting up of a Part 145 Overseas Territories Aviation Requirements (OTAR) approval.
Accommodation, food and transport will be provided whilst in Falkland Islands and South Georgia.
A good standard of health is essential as the successful candidate will be required to pass a UK Seafarers Medical before acceptance.
