We're looking for experienced professionals for the following roles:

Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor : You'll use your EASA B1 or B2 AME Licence for B737 or Airbus A320 to oversee the complex technicalities of aircraft maintenance. Alongside this you'll effectively manage your team to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Bay Manager: By leading the Satellite and Production teams, you'll ensure that our people and resources are continually developed and that we conduct operations both safely and competitively.

Business Readiness Manager : You'll lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver planned and engineered package of work to the production teams. You will develop business targets and deliver though Lean & Continuous Improvement, to ensure our performance leads the industry. While coaching production and support teams you'll devise long-term aircraft maintenance and strategic plans that will guide our future decisions.

Health and Safety Advisory role: In this high profile role you'll be the subject matter expert on health and safety. You'll ensure that BAMG is complying with current legislation, corporate policy and engineering policy; as well as devising inspection and reporting procedures to monitor performance. So that under your guidance we can continue to offer a secure environment for staff, contractors and visitors alike.

Material Support Manager: Managing all tools, equipment, facilities and other assets at BAMG, you'll make sure the supply chain runs smoothly. And by seeing that our people have everything they need, you'll play a significant role in supporting production targets for key events.
