Job Description

Essential Criteria
1 NDT Level 2 qualification
2 Knowledge and experience of aerospace manufacturing processes
3 Previous experience of composites Preferable




Duties:-
1 To carry out quality inspection of composite and metal panels in line with company specifications to NDT level 2 using A scan and C scan multiple axis machines.
2 Deliver all tasks required by your stakeholders to a high standard on time and in full.
3 Undertake ultrasonic NDT in accordance with requirements.
4 Complete the necessary documentation to an acceptable standard.
5 To be available as a support for the NDT Level 3 for customer interface / assistance including travel abroad (when necessary).
6 Setting up and preparation of components and equipment along with the inspection of components in line with procedures/ technique sheets.
7 Be flexible in relation to working patterns to ensure delivery is maintained.
8 Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft packages.
