BMC Remedy ARS, ITSM system, Application workflow~

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We have an immediate need for a consultant Engineer with the following expertise:
Good Knowledge of BMC Remedy Action Request System (ARS) 7.x
Remedy ITSM application workflow: IM, PM, CM, AM
Maintaining existing ITSM system with latest patches, updates, and software upgrades
Daily administration support of the Remedy Tool and environment
Gathering requirements and providing adhoc reporting as required
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5 years' experience
BS- Computer Science required.
