We work closely with NetJets Europe and they've asked us to secure 1 x JAA/EASA B2 Senior CertifyingEngineer and 2 x JAA/EASA B1 Certifying Engineers (contractors and/or permanent) to be based in London.
The Engineers are needed immediately and will be responsible for the timely cost effective return to service of scheduled/unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
If successfully hired, you will liaise with the Supervisor to ensure sufficient manpower and resources are available to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the Base/Line Maintenance Supervisor for all production related matters including compliance with Company procedures and NetJets EASA Part-145 Approval (in the absence of the Supervisor(s) you will assume that role to a degree, as determined by the Maintenance Manager)
- The delivery of high quality technical and operational work performance, ensuring that all tasks are carried out as required
- Issuing CRS for Base Maintenance Inspection and other maintenance, repairs and modifications - only when you are satisfied that work has been performed in accordance with approved data
- Should you discover any conditions which may seriously jeopardise personal Safety or Continued Airworthiness then, without delay, you will be required to report the occurrence to a member of the Management and Quality Department - in addition to the internal/external safety reporting systems and the following of procedures laid out in Regulatory policies and procedures
- The daily Production Management and related control of Manpower within individual Base Inspections, as deemed appropriate and apportioned by the Supervisor(s)
- The use of correct tooling and safety equipment as specified in the Manufacturer's instructions, in addition to maintaining clean and tidy working conditions
- Where individuals are given tasks for the first time, you will ensure that they are coached and supervised in the task (by a Technician who is familiar with the task) as well as through the coaching and mentoring other Staff, as required
- Supporting and engaging with technical/non-technical projects and duties, both on and off site as requested
- Parts Ordering/Authorisation (through NTS supply chain) ensuring a timely delivery depending on operational requirements

Who will our client hire?Minimum 5 years as a Certifying EASA Part 66 B1/B2 Licensed Engineer, preferably with C' Rating on Hawker 750/800 XP and/or Citation 550 Bravo/560XL/S (Citation is the priority type right now)
Knowledge of requirements of Parts 145 M and 66
Qualifications or skills and knowledge in Health and Safety Regulations and Human Factors
Good quality skills in personal communication, critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, leadership, negotiating, influencing, delegating, coaching and supervising
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite & computer based programmes
