Job Description

Our Client is a global provider of Engineering Support and are currently looking for several Structural Engineers to assist with one of their current Aerospace projects.

Structures Engineer in Bristol, UK

Responsibilities

It is essential that they are very much generalists in the stated fields as the work is mainly high-level integration and management of engineering tasks on wings, landing gears and their associated systems. Tasks may relate to product development, modifications, manufacturing, in-service investigations and repairs and more.

We are not asked to provide technical signatories.
Experience in the field of aircraft wing design and engineering. (e.g. Stress, testing, in-service support).
Will have an excellent knowledge of the structural design, development and certification process and a good appreciation of manufacturing methods.
Background should include technical leadership with some project management.
An appreciation of civil airworthiness requirements is desirable.
A broad background in In-service Support or manufacturing will be considered.
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
