My client a world leader in their field based in Gloucester is recruiting for an Inspector on a permanent basis, the ideal candidate will be familiar with visual inspection of components for acceptance or identify defects to the manufacturer's original design.
Ideally having worked within aircraft components, Successful candidates will have the ability to analyse complex aircraft back to birth history to ascertain full trace ability, acceptance and correct lifting of parts.
Ability to read component maintenance manuals, drawings, engineering layout information and additions to the original design such as Service Bulletins, Service Letters and Airworthiness Directives
Create and compose detailed sequence of processes and engineering method statements for repairs of complex components along with the compilation of appropriate quality assurance documentation and also be confident in the ability to use a wide and varied range of precision measuring equipment.
Ideal candidates will have an apprenticeship gained within aerospace sector.
This opportunity will include annual leave allowance and additional company benefits working on a shift pattern.
