  • Establish strong relationship with hotels worldwide;
  • Expand network of preferred hotels/suppliers, negotiating rates.
  • Prioritize emails from operation’s team based on client commitments and company’s operating policies and procedures.
  • Prepare multiple fare quotations for varied travel needs consistently and per customer requirement.
  • Book hotel accommodation for flight crews;
  • Arrange transport between airports & hotels;
  • Generate maximum revenue and profitability with use of deals and promotions as per the operating policies and procedures;
  • Process the flight ticket, insurance, accommodation/hotel, visas and other travel related service request and cater to related customer queries on emails or telephone;
  • Follow up with hotels for final invoices;
  • Follow up with accounts for the payments;
  • Provide superior customer service;
  • Attend to customer complaints and customer queries;

 

QHSE Responsibilities:

  • The Employee is responsible for both their own safety and the safety for others
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and Environment through safety leadership and behaviour

 

NOTE: Apart from the duties and responsibilities stated above, you may be required to take on additional functions (when directed by management to do so).
