Training Manager - Dublin Based 


CAE Parc Aviation are currently working on an exclusive basis with a key client in order to recruit a highly qualified person for the position of Training Manager

As the Nominated Person Crew Training, this person will report to the Accountable Manager. The position requires close cooperation the Flight Operations Department, Irish Aviation Authority, other AOC’s within the group and third party providers. Our client is looking for a pilot with broad operational experience together with a previous Flight Ops/Training management background. The successful candidate will lead an established team, to ensure delivery of Crew Training of the highest standard, in an efficient and cost effective manner, whilst complying with the requirements of EASA ORO/CAT and Part FCL.

You are required to have the following experience / skills:

• B737 Rating (Current or Expired)

• TRI/TRE

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proven administrative skills.

• Enjoy working in a team

• Safety Management System Knowledge

• Good IT skills
