During transition from T-65 to T-165, the TMIS Scheduler will liaise with the Squadron Scheduler to coordinate and write the daily schedule for the T-65 and produce the weekly schedule.
During SD, the TMIS Scheduler will coordinate and write the daily schedule for the T-165, the weekly schedule and assist Aircrew Supervisors with daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annual planning.
The TMIS Supervisor is the line manager for the TMIS Scheduler.
Under the direction of the TMIS Supervisor and guidance of Squadron Schedulers, the TMIS Sqn Scheduler is to:
Perform duties as described in the Flight Operations section working guide under the direction of the TMIS Supervisor.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FlightPro scheduling and management matters.
Coordinate and assist Aircrew Supervisor(s) in the development of weekly, monthly and semi-annual training plan.
Implement daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annual flying schedules utilising FlightPro
Co-ordinate with KFAB stakeholders to ensure the daily flying schedule is fully supported.
Manage the daily flying schedule using FlightPro to meet O&AT training requirements.
Coordinate flying schedule changes with the Squadron Duty Officer (DO).
Provide work direction and support to TMIS Planners during real-time operations.
Under the guidance of the TMIS Supervisor, the TMIS Scheduler has the authority to manage and enforce the operational standards of the TMIS Planners.
The TMIS Scheduler will be required to plan and schedule O&AT training activities under the guidance of the Sqn Scheduler, the Training Supervisor, the TMIS Supervisor and the Sqn Working Guide.
Must be educated to O/HNC level or recognised equivalent or have relevant experience supported by formal, recorded workplace applied related training.
Must have extensive experience in a Flight Operations environment with direct exposure to flight planning and scheduling.
Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office 2010 suite.
Ability to communicate effectively. Fluent in English language, both written and spoken. Able to understand technical documentation unambiguously.
Previous experience with FlightPro
Understanding of RAF or RSAF Flight Training.
