Dynamic, experienced Tornado technical instructor required to develop courseware and deliver a training programme in the UK and Saudi Arabia.

It is essential that the applicant can provide details of appropriate experience on the Tornado aircraft as evidence of being a suitable candidate. Furthermore, evidence of suitable qualification in training delivery (Min QCF Level 3 equivalent) e.g. Defence Instructional Techniques Course, PTTLLS Level 4) will be required.
Applicant will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of the Tornado engine and processes:

* Aircraft Safety
* Fundamentals of electricity
* Use simplified wiring diagrams
* Clean jet engines and parts
* Engine Tracking
* Preparation of engines for shipping and storage
* Identify corrosion
* Construction and operating principles of a jet engine
* Purpose and operating of:
* Secondary Power System
* Ignition System
* Engine Oil System
* Engine Fuel System
* Thrust and Nozzle Actuation System
* Compressor Airflow Control
* Anti-Icing System
* EGT Indicating
* Fire Warning
* Air Systems
* Repair and Maintenance of SPS and Jet Engines
* Remove and Install SPS, Jet Engine and Components
* Test, adjust and run SPS, Jet Engines
* Fault diagnosis and rectification
* Check and operate the relevant AGE
* Fuel Systems:
* Fuel classification and characteristics
* Report Fuel contamination
* Refuel, Defuel, Transfer, Fuel Jettison, Air Refuelling, Pressurisation and Vent, Quantity Indicating Systems
* Remove, install and test components
* Fault diagnosis and rectification
* Tank water removal
* Fuel Tank Entry, maintenance and precautions
* Leak source analysis
* Construction, removal, installation and handling of integral, metal, Fuel Cells and tanks
* Corrosive control and preventative maintenance.

General Requirements:

The successful applicant will be required to produce training support materials - including curriculum, training objectives, syllabi, course plans with assessment and evaluation methods in order to satisfy both the company's and customers' requirements.

They will be required to carry out analysis, design, production, development and delivery of new and existing training courses, ensuring they are aligned to meet the customer's needs in terms of time, cost and specification. Delivery of practical OJT / training consolidation in the operational environment, in line with appropriate policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for the general welfare of students in assigned areas during training activities; monitoring their performance so that each individual achieves maximum progress towards meeting the training objectives.
