In this role, you will produce technical documentation to the highest quality standards, in order to provide user-friendly and effective documentation to the flight deck and cabin crew. You will manage the promotion of all paper-based documentation to an electronic version through Content Management System (CMS) and ensure its efficient distribution to the pilot workforce and other stakeholders via various media.
You will also coordinate with the Technical Documentation Manager to implement proper usage of systems, document structures and procedures to provide technical support to Flight Operations Technical Publications,
Specific accountabilities include:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree combined with a minimum of four years of experience in a similar technical writing position. You will have a sound understanding of technical contents and strong attention to detail with advanced skills in Desktop Publishing and the development of structured documents. You will need a good knowledge of XML and Acrobat.
You will need to be fluent (written and spoken) in English to perform this role.
