Technical Representative

Permanent, Location: Paris - Orly, France

Frequent trips to the UK, EU, Canada & US

CAE Parc Aviation are looking to appoint a Technical Representative for an airline based in Paris, France.

You will be responsible to the Maintenance Manager in charge of monitoring and supervising the control and technical maintenance of the fleet.

Responsibilities:

  • Review of work files: validate the technical content of the files of visits or various works (including work cards), their content / downtime consistency and the corresponding specifications.
  • Represents company during all on-site maintenance visits (aircraft, engine, APU or other), validation of work scopes, estimates of additional work, interface with service providers
  • Inspection of "candidate aircraft": inspect / appraise candidate aircraft for integration into the fleet.
  • Aircraft deliveries integrating the fleet or leaving / returning from the rental: participate in the delivery process of aircraft integrating (or departing from) the fleet on a technical and contractual basis (delivery / return conditions).
  • SAFA / SANA checks: taking account of technical remarks issued by the authorities on aircraft inspections, issuing orders for corrective actions and suggestions for preventive improvements in case of repetitive remarks.
  • Participation in the various meetings of the Technical Department: technical management meetings, site preparation meetings.

    Qualifications & Experience:

  • Holding an EASA Part 66 license (B1 or B1 / B2) with knowledge of B737 NG essential
  • Previous experience in an aircraft maintenance role
  • Driving license
  • Good level of English and French essential
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
