FPS Aviation are presently seeking a Technical Records Administrator for a prestigious rotary client in the West Midlands. 


The Technical Records Administrator is responsible  for ensuring rotary aircraft records remain compliant.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

•To ensure that all appropriate legislative and Company Procedures are adhered to in order to ensure that the Company remains compliant and aircraft airworthy.
•Updating the company’s Record Management System with:
•Aircraft defects and deferred defects details
•Regulatory task accomplishment details
•Optional task accomplishment details.
•Updating of aircraft and component log books.
•Copying and archiving of Aircraft Maintenance records
•Amendment of technical publications as required (FLM’s etc)

EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL

•Previous experience in an Aviation Technical Services environment.
•Experience of ERP systems.

DESIRABLE

•Experience of Military Aviation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

lMust have knowledge of EASA regulations relating to Part M and Part 145 Airworthiness and Maintenance requirements.
•Experience with SAP and ERP software, for the use of Technical Records, Planning and Maintenance.
•Must have high computer literacy skills, competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access).
•Good written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SPECIAL TRAINING

ESSENTIAL

•Formalised EASA Part 145 and Part M training.
•Humana Factors initial training compliant

DESIRABLE

•Academic qualification in Aviation related discipline (NVQ, BTEC, HNC/D).
