Technical Publications and Technical Records Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced and capable Technical Publications & Technical records administrator to join our team to ensure that aircraft records are complete and accurate and storage and retention requirements are complied with.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Package entries are correctly entered into the Company’s Maintenance Management System CAFAM, and for managing aircraft configuration, ensuring that that the customer fleet remains compliant with regulatory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·         Verify that Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Pack entries are correct and complete.
  • ·         Ensure that all Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Package entries are correctly entered into CAFAM
  • ·         Update CAFAM System for maintenance stations/bases that do not have access to the system.
  • ·         Monitor aircraft configuration and ensure all necessary actions are taken to ensure correct aircraft configuration.
  • ·         Ensure all aircraft records are filed and stored in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.


Experience Requirements:

  • ·         Ideally you will be educated to BTEC, A Level or College standard or have the equivalent industry experience.
  • ·         Good knowledge and understanding of commercial maintenance and engineering operations.
  • ·         Good interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team or as an individual.
  • ·         Ability to prioritise workload, often under time pressure.
  • ·         Self-motivated, ability to work without supervision.
  • ·         Good IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office
  • ·         Good written and verbal communication skills.
