Baseline on behalf of our client require a Technical Operations Centre Manager to join their team on a contract basis in Europe.


Main Duties:

Assess technical status of client fleet on a daily basis. Assist with troubleshooting defects and responsible  for planning defect rectification.

Implement policies, standards and procedures for TOC department.

Manage TOC team through leading, assigning, directing and evaluating their work.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Line and/or base maintenance experience on A320 aircraft.

University degree and/or five years experience in an operations, engineering or maintenance team. Hold an EASA License or have sufficient knowledge to pass a thorough competency assessment and ability to interpret maintenance requirements into tasks. In depth knowledge of EASA Part M and Part 145 rules and regulations.

Excellent knowledge of English language both spoken and written. 

Computer literate with good time management and excellent communication skills.
