Key responsibilities include:
Champion and maintain Company safety and housekeeping standards
Take action to eliminate risk to all employees and visitors on site including management of risk assessments.
Be the lead, mentor and developer within the team.
Monitor and maintain annual leave, absences, clocking and overtime for all reports.
Monitor and maintain production flow to ensure scheduled adherence dates.
Conduct daily, weekly team meetings and provide updated data & information.
Drive and develop best working practices for the team and individuals.
Build on current 5S standards and develop through the tiers.
Drive effective process flow and work centre effectiveness.
Monitor and review quality of the products with the end customer and internal customers.
Drive quality improvements to achieve required performance standards and targets including decreasing PPM/Snag rates.
