To manage all aspects of the technical supply chain and contract administration associated with the purchasing and procurement of aircraft spare parts, tooling, equipment and services in a timely and accurate manner to ensure maximum aircraft availability.

Establish and maintain detailed working knowledge of all business systems, policies and procedures, including the regulatory requirements appropriate to the Airline technical supply chain and contracts administration function.

Ensures accurate records are kept for all purchasing and logistics activities and inventories in compliance with all industry and regulatory authority requirements.

Provide data to support reliability tracking.

Provide material planning capability to the technical supply chain and parts tracking expertise.

Select, train and develop subordinate staff to deliver to the high performance requirements of the technical supply chain function.

Develops and maintains staff work schedules to ensure adequate material support for the technical support functions

Technical quote evaluation, warranty administration, and invoice reconciliation.

Good communication skills are fundamental to facilitate working relationships at all levels of the business up to and including the Executive Board Mem

Working Pattern 8 weeks in country / 2 weeks off
