VD Gulf is currently looking for Storekeepers for full-time work in Sharjah, UAE.

Responsibilities

§   Inspection of inbound A/C Parts and Stores Quarantine note creation.

§   Ensured that quarantined items are cleared as early as possible in liaison with suppliers.

§   Monitored temperature and humidity control in technical stores to ensure storage conditions in line with the quality requirements.

§   Maintained close liaison with line maintenance and base maintenance team to understand and provide support at all times.

§   Implementation of safety regulations and proper observance by all stores staff.

§   Procurement of Spares, Components, Consumables & Stock management.

§   Adherence to Quality Policy as per MOE at all times.

§   Monitoring of shelf life of spares, consumables & calibration of tools & equipment.

§   Evaluation of Repair Order / Exchange Orders and Service Orders raised for all the Components.

§   Proper storage and disposal of un-serviceable / scrapped materials in accordance with the requirements of Airworthiness Standard.

§   Follow up of components sent for Repair or Service until the Item comes backs to the Facility. This involved getting the Repair Cost and taking decision to Repair / Scrap the items and inspecting the problem before and after Receiving.

§   In house Audits as prescribed in CAR 145 Approved maintenance organization requirements.
