Part Time, Access, SharePoint~

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an energetic, positive, can-do team member to work in a staff capacity to meet the non-technical needs of 3 engineering departments. You our spreadsheet, PowerPoint, and Access database guru; participate in the development of project and department plans and objectives and gather, review, and generate data-driven dashboards that enable staff and management to track performance to plan. You are a briefings savant you find the data, design and populate, and then coordinate project status, organizational strategy, and other presentations for staff, management, and leadership. You use your barriers-don't-get-in-my-way attitude to find and disseminate information on such items as budget status, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment and facility needs. You use your keen, well-honed red-tape cleaver to evaluate organizational administrative roadblocks, identify and communicate options and solution paths, and then support throughout the entire implementation process. You come to work excited by the prospect of finding ways to leverage all that Client has to offer to find unique, high-velocity ways to complete your work. You go home with a sense of accomplishment when the staff and management you support have the information they need before they even knew they needed it.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
You have, are working towards, or have experience equivalent to a relevant Bachelors degree in arts, sciences, engineering, or business;
You have extensive experience with MS Office software (including Access database design and Access and Excel VB scripting); You have experience designing and maintain SharePoint sites; Your PowerPoint decks could win awards (high information density, uncluttered slides, great story-telling that makes the point clearly, concisely, and at the appropriate level); You understand basic corporate finance and project management; and You have a flexible schedule that lets you do your 15 to 30 hours of work per week where and when needed (from home or office, some nights and weekends).

FULL TIME/PART TIME/ON-CALL: PART TIME 25 HOURS PER WEEK
WORK HOURS: 7:00 - 3:30
