RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management - Accomplish special projects as assigned by Senior Managers:
- Supplier Data Transmittal Focal
- PTP Deck maintenance
- Budget in MEAC - gather data, analyze and consolidate into risk
- provide tracking of PCIP projects and correlate with staffing
- develop and execute a system for the 5 in 2 project
Work complicated FSR (Facilities Service Request) and DSR (Desktop Service Request) for S&E, Integration & Build Integration Teams
Facilitate and collect data for Chief Engineers Performance to Plan meetings
Support with logistics and facilitation for S&E, Integration & Build Integration Senior managers meetings, workshops & reviews including:
- Manufacturing Engineering Team support
- Roundtables for Chief of Staff and S&E Senior manager
Backup for:
- Senior Level meetings (SAM/Staff for Chief Engineer)
- Electrical meetings (Staff), CIV wall and Electrical CORE team
- Website maintenance (People Engagement & Systems level)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
The ability and willingness to take independent action. This includes moving quickly and directly to complete the task at hand and not waiting to be instructed to complete job activities. Also includes the willingness to seek out additional assignments or tasks. The ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure they are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. This also includes being reliable, trusted, and accountable for completing work activities. The ability to utilize technological tools (e.g., PC's, web sites) and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workloads, responsibilities, problem identification and resolution. Ability to operate relevant personal computing hardware (e.g., personal computers, printers, storage media) and standard software (e.g., word processing, graphics packages, spreadsheets/databases). Fair, honest and straightforward in dealing with others; honors commitments; trustworthy; takes responsibility for failures and shares credit for successes; uses appropriate discretion and is sensitive to confidentiality; demonstrates high ethical standards. The ability to plan and organize time to work both productively and efficiently as well as maximize the quantity and quality of work. Ability to set priorities, determine long term vs. short term priorities, and complete assigned tasks within schedule constraints.
