Key Requirement for the Position Responsible for setting up and growth of dedicated Charter Business and creating a new line of revenue generation by exploring all possible means to capture business.
Job Description No. Key Accountabilities :-
1. Committing to and achieving Charter Revenue as an alternate line of revenue in the Airline’s Business.
2. Ensuring complete utilization of available down times on fleet available for Charter opportunities.
3. Sourcing aircraft for short term leases to generate more Charter Business.
4. Working on Commission basis between potential clients and other Charter companies by sub-contracting Charter Opportunities coming to us.
5. Business Development and Key Account Management
6. End to End servicing of Clients for entire movement by liaisoning with all Commercial and Operational Teams.
7.Reports and MIS.
A. Core Competencies
•In depth knowledge of Air Charter business with proven track record of atleast 3 years.
•Self-motivated and target driven.
•Ability to work independently with minimum amount of supervision.
•Technical knowhow and understanding of Charter Operations (Different Aircraft Types, Regulatory Process etc.)
•Master’s degree level education preferred with 3-5 years’ experience of working in Aviation industry.
•Passion for Sales and ease of working with numbers.
•Ability to capitalize on current market potential and grab other available opportunities.
•Excellent communication and influencing skills.
•Market knowledge and constant competition analysis.
•A "quick learner" who can grasp issues quickly, and not hindered by an overly bureaucratic and structured approach to solving problems.
