Job Description 1. Dealing with the customer in resolving the queries, taking care of issuance of Ticket, Tagging the baggage properly.
2. Assisting the customer ( Expectant mother , Sr.Citizens)
3. Adherence to SOP , Process an Policy.
4. Reconciliation of Passengers at Boarding gate.
5. Properly Manning the arrival gate
