Maintenance is key to keeping our wheels turning - and our world going round. It's absolutely vital to what we do. And so will you be, as part of the engineering and maintenance team focused on making sure everything runs to pinpoint accuracy.

As Short Term Planner, this will involve ensuring that the line maintenance requirements of our aircraft maintenance programme are complied with. You'll do this by planning, controlling and administrating all our scheduled maintenance work, as well as co-ordinating any unscheduled maintenance too.

This is generation easyJet, and we're looking for a talented Short Term Planner to join us and ensure we fall fully in line with all legislation and procedures, keep maintenance systems up to date and monitor fleet reports. In fact, this is only a glimpse of your role. As you'd expect, there's a lot involved in being a Short Term Planner - that means plenty of variety, fresh challenges every day and the chance to underpin the safety of our airline on every shift you work.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • As Short Term Planner, it goes without saying that you'll be highly organised with a real eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills are a must too
  • We also expect you to be familiar with maintenance planning
  • A true team player, you'll have the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office and AMOS systems are key
  • As is knowledge of EASA, FOCA and CAA regulations
  • Combined with an understanding of the aircraft maintenance programme

At easyJet, our goal is to inspire a whole generation of travellers to say "yes" to new experiences and opportunities. As Europe's leading airline, we fly on more of Europe's top 100 routes than any other airline and last year we connected over 60m people across more than 30 countries. Our people are at the heart of our success and we think it's important that we share our success with them. Great travel benefits are just the start. As well as heavily reduced flights, you'll benefit from discounted holidays, car hire, hotels and even a free easyJet Plus! card. Plus, you can look forward to a vibrant, fast paced and forward thinking environment, too.
