We currently have fantastic opportunities to join our Jet2holidays Team as a Service Centre Rep based in Tenerife.
Reporting into our in Resort Management Team, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers' visiting or calling the Service Centre in Playa de Las Americas.
Processing and pricing any change of accommodation or flights for our customers visiting the Service Centre, you will also ensure our in resort team are able to deliver a VIP customer experience to our Jet2holidays customers through effective administrative support.
You will liaise with both customers and contacts for any hospital, police or consulate cases, along with ensuring our ECH system is up to date at all times.
Already living in Tenerife, you'll know the area inside out, ideally able to speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English. Good knowledge of our resorts is essential, along with excellent administrative and computer skills.
