Reporting to the Systems Technical Services Manager, the Senior Systems Technical Services Engineer is responsible for the continued Airworthiness management of the Jet2.com fleet, evaluating regulatory material within the assigned Air Transport Association (ATA) Chapters. This role can be based from either our office atManchester Airport or Leeds Bradford Airport.
You will define, implement and manage fleet maintenance and modification policies and procedures through the assessment and evaluation of all technical documentation and airworthiness data. You will also provide technical expertise, assisting in investigations arising from compliance, safety and reliability. You will have the ability to define, implement and manage projects, liaise with all Engineering Teams and act as a focal between Jet2.com, manufacturers, vendors and regulatory bodies.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and hold an EASA Part 66 B1 Licence or equivalent Aircraft Engineering degree. You will ideally have experience of EASA Part M and Jet2.com aircraft types. You will be able to communicate clearly and work methodically to tight timescales. Possessing an excellent attention to detail, you will work in a cooperative and flexible manner, maintaining strong working relationships across all Business levels.
