That's why we're recruiting a Senior Operational Performance Analyst, to oversee and strengthen our resource planning to ensure that neither are ever compromised. This is a great opportunity to ensure Gatwick remains our "jewel in the crown" and we maintain optimum resource levels at the airport.
The Senior Operational Performance Analyst, will join our highly performing and proactive Ground Operations team at Gatwick to ensure our resource planning is active and effective with excellent delivery. Overseeing ground operations resource levels across both Gatwick and Europe, you will make sure our cycle of delivery and standards are met, confirming rosters are balanced and identifying and flagging issues. As Senior Operational Performance Analyst, you will independently calculate resource requirements for each day while also setting engagement standards and assumptions for all LGW ground handling personnel to ensure delivery of the required level of customer service/operational performance.
What you'll need:
Previous experience of workload planning, preferably within an airport or ground handling environment.
Previous experience of SITA WorkBridge or similar workload planning system is desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners.
Tenacity and resilience to succeed in a fast paced, demanding and changing environment.
Educated to degree level or holding an equivalent professional qualification.
A high degree of numeracy and IT literacy.
