In this role you will provide strategic commercial leadership in defining, developing and reviewing sales strategies to ensure growth for Global and Local accounts. You will ensure that overall sales and revenue targets are accomplished and drive reduction in cost of sales across Channels/Segments
Key accountabilities include:
You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales & Marketing or related and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
It is required international airline exposure and previous experience in budget and planning, in the driving and delivery of significant change; you also have at least 5 years of proven strong sales ability, related Management experience and Industry Contracting experience. Specifically experience in selling of airline, tour operators, or hotel products, together with good knowledge of Trade Distribution Channels.
You have the ability to convert strategic plans into operational network revenue plans, to manage a multi-country sales force with a commercial mindset. Exceptional leadership skills coupled with a positive attitude and the ability to develop and nurture partnerships within the organisation; ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
