Excel Technical Consulting currently have an opportunity for a Senior Manager to oversee Airside Customer Services for our prestigious client based in the Middle East, on a permanent basis.
The position will be to oversee the landside and passenger operating environment during live operations and after customer journey, including delivery of all strategic plans within it. You will be required to plan and deliver strategic goals set by the business through management of operating managers and airside duty managers, who will be liaising with a number of key stakeholders and business owners, in addition to any relevant local authorities to ensure an efficient and effective operation.

The right person for this position will have at least 8 years industry experience, and ideally held responsibility for management of airside Customer Services. A solid knowledge of airline operations, especially hub and spoke model and an understanding of how other functions interact with airport services will be key. You will also have proven experience in a customer centric environment, with a proven ability to manage a large team in a customer focused operation - ideally we are looking for up and coming managers who have a good all round experience of Airline/Airport operations, who can bring some new ideas to the role.
In return, you can expect a tax free salary in excess of £100,000 per annum, with associated benefits such as paid education, medical cover and return flights to your point of hire.
