They are currently are looking for a Senior Head of Analysis in their Santa Ana Engineering Centre, California.
Description
With responsibility for stress and thermal analysis you will be required to develop and standardise analysis methods and procedures and provide support and guidance for team of 3 stress/thermal analysts.
You will be required perform thermal/stress analyses using NASTRAN/PATRAN and/or MARC/PATRAN and to review, critique and further develop stress and thermal analyses and reports, some of which will be presented to customers.
To be successful in the role, you will need: A minimum of 10 years experience in structural analysis (preferably aerospace) and 5 years management experience.
You will have qualified with a Masters degree in relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Structural).
You will have a thorough understanding of structural analysis theory and methods including fatigue and thermal stress, sonic fatigue analysis experience and also be proficient in NASTRAN/PATRAN.
You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and experience with high temperature metallic structures.
