Senior Analyst Business Development - Expired Jobs

The Senior Analyst Business Development is a specialist role responsible for achieving optimal use of resources within Network Operations as well as the provision of detailed analysis and recommendations for the department. This role is distinctly separate from day-to-day operations and strategically significant to the ongoing future effectiveness of the Network Operations department.   Analysis, trend monitoring, budget preparation and performance reporting are important aspects of the role. While this role will be heavily focussed on Crew Resources this position's scope extends to the Operations Control Centre (OCC), and Flight Dispatch & Flight Watch, covering the entire Network Operations team   The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• 5 years work experience with at least 3 years in performance management or business development role, preferably in an airline
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Experience in project management
• Experience in training staff is desirable
• Highly developed planning and problem solving skills
• Understanding of crew resource planning processes, theories and methodologies or other relevant areas in Network Operations
• Ability to interpret and understand regulatory requirements
