Main activities: Sales Administrator
All administration regarding repairs
Supplying requests for repair quotations
Authorizing repairs, negotiation on prices
Booking in Repairs and arrange shipment to customer
Creating Sales Orders, and communicating with logistics to get item shipped
Handling return of products
Ideal candidate's profile:
Excellent customer service experience - managing customer expectation
Pro-active and service orientated attitude
You have commercial awareness
You can work independently as well as in a team
Experience in building and maintaining a network
You have a flexible attitude
Affinity with the aviation industry is an advantage
