Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients’ accounts and maintains relationship by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing sales options
  • Developing sales tactics and marketing materials
  • Monitoring level of competition across the industry
  • Develop, qualify and maintain a database of leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling and face to face meetings with business owners, direct mail, email and networking
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow up activities
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Respond to customer requests for quotes in a timely manner
  • Work with Sales Director and Regional VP Sales to create plans for long-term profits
  • Achieving given Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepares reports, proposals, presentations and sales contracts
  • Attending meetings with clients or executives to present sales and marketing information
  • Represent the company in business meetings and marketing events such as trade shows and exhibitions
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in the aviation industry
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of contracting and negotiating
  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectation
  • Solid negotiating and decision making skills
  • Ability to manage priorities in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanour while performing in a competitive environment under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong attention to details and good organizational skills
  • Results-driven
  • Position located in Singapore, United Kingdom or United States (Burbank & New York) office
